My practice focuses on an evidence-based, patient-centered approach to treatment, with a strong emphasis on therapeutic exercise, postural/core stability, functional-manual therapy, and movement training as well as patient education and empowerment. I also have been trained with osteopathic Doctors which was instrumental in providing treatment techniques to establish my elite level of treatment. This has allowed me to integrate adjustment therapy within its regulated scope of practice along with my other skills to provide premier physical therapy to my patients and clients to improve the quality of care.
